By engaging Cloud Horizon, you agree to these Terms of Service and any project-specific agreements.

We provide web, mobile, AI, data, and BI services as outlined in proposals and scopes. Delivery is milestone-based.

Invoices are due per the agreed schedule. Late payments may affect timelines. Taxes, where applicable, are the client's responsibility.

Both parties agree to keep non-public information confidential, except where disclosure is legally required.

Cloud Horizon is not liable for indirect damages. Liability is limited to the fees paid for the specific services rendered.
